Shipping and Returns
For all goods that are in stock, our typical processing time is 2-5 business days. The estimated delivery timeframes do not take processing delays into account. Your processing time may be delayed if we get a large number of orders over the weekend or during website sales. On weekends and US holidays, orders are not processed. For bigger purchases, overseas orders, orders needing more client information, or orders including out-of-stock products, more time may be needed.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If the 3 requirements are satisfied, we will happily accept your return:
- The item(s) must be unopened and in its original packaging, with the security seal intact unless there is a manufacturing defect or the item(s) was/were damaged during shipping.
- Returns must be completed within 15 days after order received.
- The item(s) must have been bought from our website.
Please notify us if you are missing an item or if the item you get is damaged. You must tell us within three days of the shipment's arrival. To avoid fraudulent claims, all purchases are recorded before shipment.
Only the same payment method can be used to process refunds. Unless there is a mistake on our side, we will only return the whole price paid for the goods; shipping and other expenses are non-refundable.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The shipping cost paid at checkout does not include any foreign country's tariffs and taxes, or any other customs expenses.
Furthermore, since each country's laws and regulations are always changing, we recommend our customers to be aware of their country's restrictions on any dietary supplements before buying any of our goods.
We will not give any form of refund until we have received all of the returned merchandise in our warehouse.
We are not liable for any customs restrictions, taxes, delays, or other rules imposed by nations other than the United States.
